Due to the digital nature of our products (courses, programs, downloadable content), all sales are final, unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only if:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
- Less than 20% of the content has been accessed
- The request is submitted in writing to [your contact email]
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed or mostly consumed programs
- Missed sessions or lack of participation
- Change of mind after the refund window
